How We Work
Step 1: Share Your Design
Send us your jewellery concept in any format — hand sketches, CAD files, reference images, Instagram inspirations, or technical drawings. Please include measurements, stone details, metal preference, plating color, ring sizes (if applicable), and any specific requirements. Our team evaluates feasibility, durability, and cost optimization before moving forward.
Step 2: CAD & Sampling
Once approved, we create a technical drawing and 3D CAD representation of your design. You are allowed one revision at this stage. After confirmation, we proceed with sample development. A flat tooling/mold charge of US $50 per design applies, covering technical drawings, CAD, and mold creation. Sample lead time is approximately 3-4 weeks.
Step 3: Production & Validation
After sample approval, we move into mold finalization and bulk production. All pieces are handcrafted to order, ensuring quality control and consistency. Standard production lead time ranges from 4–8 weeks, depending on order size and season. Finished pieces are securely packed and shipped via international courier services.
